Samba und mehr von Brasilien bis Kap Verde: A Panda do Sol Acoustic Quartet

Felix und Helena aus der Berliner Roots Samba-Band „A Panda do Sol“ bringen frische Klänge mit von einer Reise durch die Karibik mit. Dabei sind alte und neue Lieder aus Martinique, Guadaloupe und Lieblingsstücke aus Kap Verde. Traditionelle Musik mischen sie mit eigenen Kompositionen. Begleitet werden die beiden von Saxophon und Percussion.

An intimate evening with Felix & Helena, members of the Berlin band „A Panda do Sol“ as they return fresh from a month in the Caribbeans learning new music. They will bring new and old songs from Martinique, Guadeloupe, as well as some of their favourites from Cabo Verde for a very special evening. Traditional music as well as original pieces.

They will have the pleasure to be joined by saxophone and percussion.

Let yourself be transported by the rich rhythms of the Biguine, the Mazurka and the soulful island melodies that captures the warmth and spirit of those faraway shores.
